Pickles.

Good or Bad? Need some ideas of some negative/low cal stacks I can have when i need energy.

  1. pickles are good. They may make you bloat and are salty, but also have vinegar which is said to help your body burn fat.

  2. seconded on the snack a jacks, especially the sweet chilli ones. mmmmmmm.
    i usually have a cup of tea when i'm feeling drained, milk and 2 sugars. always makes me feel better :) xxx
